Since 1975 Steinorth Fine Homes has provided a full
range of residential design and construction services to fit the needs
of our clients in Northern Michigan. We take an environmentally
responsible approach to homebuilding and focus on sustainable products
and energy efficiency whenever possible. We create unique designs for
each client that concentrate on efficient use of space and beautiful
interior as well as exterior views while taking into account their
personal needs and sense of aesthetics.
Although we predominately build custom homes, we do
selectively take on remodeling projects as well as light commercial
projects. Our in house designers use an architectural software program
that allows our clients to visualize projects from an infinite number
of perspectives with virtual walk-through capabilities before we finalize
plans and with both male and female designers on staff we offer a
unique collaborative approach to ensure that we capture your true
essence of home.
As a second generation family owned and operated
